1. Operator & acceptance

svtr.ai and related services are operated by SVTR AI LLC ("SVTR", "we"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms; if you disagree, please stop using it.

2. The service

SVTR provides AI-venture content and research (Insight), a structured database (Database), events and community (Network), acceleration and incubation programs (Incubation), and related membership services.

SVTR is not an investment adviser, broker or fundraising intermediary (FA), charges no fundraising commission, and provides no investment advice of any kind.

3. Accounts

Some features require email-verified login. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity under your account. We may refuse service for impersonation or falsified materials.

4. Membership & payment

Membership tiers are Certified (free), Individual, Enterprise and Strategic Partner; benefits follow the current membership page, and Enterprise / Strategic benefits follow the signed contract.

Individual membership is billed annually via Stripe with auto-renewal. You may cancel renewal anytime; benefits remain until the end of the paid period. Paid fees for the current period are generally non-refundable — contact kerry@svtr.ai for exceptional cases.

5. Data & content usage

Database records and SVTR content are for reference and research only and do not constitute investment, legal or tax advice. Normal browsing and limited quotation with attribution are welcome.

Without our written permission you may not: bulk-scrape or crawl the site, resell data or feed it into third-party data products, mirror the site, or use automation to bypass access limits.

6. Content you submit

Materials you submit in applications or registrations are licensed to SVTR for internal matchmaking purposes only; public mention follows the consent option you selected. See the Privacy Policy for personal-data handling.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its original content, database compilation and brand marks are the property of SVTR AI LLC.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Venture data is aggregated from public information and community feedback and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; we make no warranty of completeness or accuracy — corrections welcome at kerry@svtr.ai.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVTR is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site; direct liability is capped at the fees you have paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
